Yesvite is an event planning platform that allows you to create and manage events, bringing people together for meaningful connections away from digital distractions.

To create an event, sign up or log into Yesvite, click on "Create Event," and fill in the event details such as date, location, and invitees. Our platform makes it easy and fun to organize your next gathering.

All transactions are considered final, and we do not typically issue refunds.

That said, we understand certain circumstances may warrant an exception. Refund requests may be granted in the following scenarios:

  • Technical issues caused by bugs or site errors
  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Invites that never went out ( due to carrier or email issues)

If you think you qualify for a refund, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team at support@yesvite.com

For purchases made through the Google Play Store or Apple’s App Store, refunds must be handled directly by those platforms, as we are unable to process them ourselves.

If you accidentally denied contact access for the Yesvite app, you can enable it manually using the steps below:

For iPhone (iOS)

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Scroll down and tap on Yesvite app.
  3. Find Contacts and toggle it ON.
  4. Restart the Evite app and try again.

Alternatively:

  1. Go to: Settings > Privacy & Security > Contacts.
  2. Find Yesvite in the list and toggle access ON.

For Android

  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Go to Apps (or Apps & notifications).
  3. Find Evite and tap on it.
  4. Select Permissions.
  5. Look for Contacts and set it to Allow.
  6. Restart the Yesvite app and try importing contacts again.

After enabling the permission, open the Yesvite app and try adding contacts again—it should now have access.

You may buy credits in three sections:

In the Yesvite APP and web:

  • While creating an event during the final steps by clicking the coin icon at the bottom left.
  • By visiting your profile > Account Settings >Top Account Section > Click on “Buy Credits”


Web only: Top right drop down menu > Credits > Then just simply choose the credits you want to buy.
