By accessing or using Yesvite LLC’s services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the service immediately.
1. License to Use the Service
Yesvite LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service for personal purposes. You may not download (except for caching), modify, distribute, or exploit the service or its content without explicit written permission from Yesvite LLC. Prohibited actions include resale, data mining, or duplication of content. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
2. Restrictions on Use of Content
Content on this service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not modify, copy, or create derivative works of the content, and any unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
3. Credits and Expirations
- Free Credits: Each new account receives 30 free coins, which expire after one year if unused.
- Purchased Credits: Credits purchased via apps or the website expire after five years. Unused purchased credits may also be subject to U.S. state escheat laws.
- Termination: If you terminate your account, any remaining credits are non-redeemable and non-refundable.
4. Materials Submitted Through the Service
You are responsible for materials you upload or share through the service. By submitting materials, you grant Yesvite LLC the right to use and adapt your content for operations. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.
5. User Conduct
Users must not post harmful, illegal, or offensive content. Prohibited activities include spamming, infringing on privacy, and disrupting service functionality.
6. SMS Invitations Policy
- Program Overview: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) on your mobile device, including links to invitations and event-related notifications.
- Message Frequency: Guests can expect 1-3 messages per event, based on notification settings.
- Permission Requirement: Event hosts must secure guest consent before sending SMS invitations. Sending SMS without consent may result in account suspension.
- Opt-Out Process: To unsubscribe, reply with "STOP." To resume, reply with "START" or "UNSTOP."
- Support: For issues, reply with "HELP" or contact support@yesvite.com.
- Service Interruptions: Yesvite and its partners are not responsible for delays or message delivery failures.
- Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile provider for details.
7. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Yesvite LLC from claims arising from their use of the service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Yesvite LLC disclaims all warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Limitation of Liability
Yesvite LLC is not liable for indirect damages. Total liability will not exceed $100 or the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party interactions facilitated through the service.
10. Termination and Modification
Yesvite LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts or modify the service at any time.
11. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. Users waive their right to participate in class actions. An opt-out option is available within 30 days of agreement.
12. Intellectual Property Policy
Users can notify Yesvite LLC of copyright infringement claims with proper documentation. Contact support at support@yesvite.com.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes must be resolved in California courts.
14. Modifications to Terms
Yesvite LLC reserves the right to update terms at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance.
15. Updates to This Policy
Yesvite LLC may update this policy periodically. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
