Yesvite, LLC is committed to respecting your privacy. We will not use the provided/shared via contacts email addresses for any other purposes. Additionally, we will not sell or intentionally share guest contact information you submit with any third parties. This is strictly so you are able to send out your invites via our platform.
SMS Text Flow: We offer SMS/Text Functionality for Hosts to be able to send out invites.

- Host Account Creation: Hosts create an account on Yesvite. During this process, only the host's email is collected, not phone numbers, so no SMS is sent to the host.
- Guest Invitation Process: Hosts create invites and allow Yesvite to access their phone contacts. They select contacts to invite via SMS. Guests receive an SMS to opt-in with the message: "Yesvite: You have been invited to an event by "Name of Host". To View the invite/Event details and opt in to receive future invites/messages please reply "Yes" to this message. Reply STOP to opt out.".
- Upon replying 'Yes', guests receive: Yesvite: You have been subscribed to receive messages. You have been invited by "Name of Host" to "Name of Event" View invite, RSVP and message the host here: "Link to event" . Reply STOP to opt outNo SMS is sent if they do not reply 'Yes'.
Contacts Sharing via the App
Contacts Access and Upload
When you grant Yesvite permission to access your contacts:
- We collect and upload phone numbers and email addresses to enable event invitations and RSVP tracking.
- Contact data is securely stored on our servers and used only for event invitations and social features.
- We do not sell, share, or use contacts for advertising.
- Users can revoke access at any time by adjusting their device permissions.
- If you wish to delete your uploaded contacts, please email support@yesvite.com, and we will process the deletion request within 7 days.
